Terms of Service

The service

Sleeveside lets you catalog your vinyl collection, track condition and play history, and follow other collectors to see their collections and activity. Sleeveside is a hobby project, run on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed uptime or support.

Accounts

• You need an account to use Sleeveside.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you add to your collection and profile.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sleeveside to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to upload (e.g. a profile picture that isn't yours to use).
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users via messaging, profiles, or social links.
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to Sleeveside or other users' accounts.
• Use Sleeveside in a way that could get its Discogs/Spotify/Apple Music API access restricted or revoked for everyone.

Third-party data

Release information (titles, cover art, genres, marketplace pricing) is sourced from Discogs. Digital links are matched against Spotify and Apple Music. Sleeveside isn't affiliated with Discogs, Spotify, or Apple, and your use of those services through Sleeveside remains subject to their own terms.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to Sleeveside, for any account, at any time, for example to address abuse or a violation of these terms. You can stop using Sleeveside, or delete your account, at any time by contacting us.

No warranty

Sleeveside is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. As a small personal project, we don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of Sleeveside.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sleeveside after a change means you accept the updated terms.
